Suspension may be permanent without refund of any paid services or virtual currency.

7. Payment, Billing & Virtual Currency

• You are responsible for tax obligations in your jurisdiction

7.2 Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

• Non-Refundable: Virtual currency purchases are generally non-refundable
• No Cash Value: Virtual currency has no cash value and cannot be converted to real currency
• License Grant: You receive a limited license to use virtual currency
• Expiration: Virtual currency may expire upon account termination or game discontinuation
• No Rights: You have no claim to continued access or value of virtual currency

7.3 Refund Policy

Limited Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for completed purchases. However:

• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase
• Refunds for technical issues may be granted at our discretion
• App Store and Google Play refund policies may override our policy
• Chargebacks will result in account termination

7.4 Subscription Services

Subscription services renew automatically. You can cancel subscriptions at any time through:

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Excluded Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLIDBUMCP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

9.2 Liability Cap

IN NO CASE SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE).

This limitation applies to all claims, regardless of the theory (contract, tort, strict liability, etc.).

These limitations do not apply to:

11. Games & Competition Rules

11.1 Game Mechanics & Balance

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust game mechanics, difficulty, or balance
• Remove or add features
• Change virtual currency values or rewards
• Update quest requirements or rewards

11.2 Fair Play Requirements

All users must play fairly. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Using cheats, hacks, or exploits
• Collusion with other players
• Manipulating game mechanics
• Using third-party tools or bots
• Account sharing or trading

11.3 Leaderboards & Rankings

Leaderboard positions may be adjusted or reset if fraudulent activity is detected. Users found cheating may be permanently banned.

12. Advertisements & Monetization

12.1 Ads Display

Our free Services are supported by advertisements. You acknowledge that:

• Ads will be displayed in our Services
• Ad types and frequency may change
• We may display contextual, behavioral, or personalized ads
• Premium versions may offer ad-free experiences

12.2 Ad Partners

Our ads are served by Google AdMob, AppLovin, Facebook Audience Network, TikTok Audience Network, IronSource, Vungle, Chartboost, and other ad networks. These partners may collect data as outlined in their privacy policies. Your use of our Services indicates acceptance of their terms.

12.3 Restrictions on Ads

You may not:

• Click ads repeatedly without genuine interest
• Use automated tools to generate ad clicks
• Encourage others to click ads artificially
• Block or interfere with ad display

Violation may result in account suspension and loss of any earnings.

SUBJECT TO EXCEPTIONS BELOW, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF COURT PROCEEDINGS. Arbitration is faster, more confidential, and more affordable than litigation.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR CLASS ARBITRATIONS. ALL PROCEEDINGS MUST BE CONDUCTED INDIVIDUALLY.

14.4 Exceptions

Arbitration does not apply to:

• Small claims court disputes
• Intellectual property infringement claims
• Injunctive relief requests
• Claims covered by statute limiting arbitration

14.5 Jurisdiction
